pasta salad with red sweet peppers


500 gr. Fusilli pasta (spirals)
Pinch of salt
Olive oil
10 – 12 red sweet FRESCADO® peppers
¾ cup green olives (if desired)
500 gr. diced feta cheese
A handful of torn rocket leaves
15 gr. finely chopped basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar


Place in a bowl with the stuffed FRESCADO® peppers, olives, rocket and feta cubes.
To make the dressing – whiz the olive oil, basil leaves, salt pepper and vinegar in a food processor and pour into the pasta salad.
Add the stuffed frescado peppers and serve.
