1 chicken breast baked in the oven
Mixed green salad
1 avocado cut into cubes
Yellow sweet stuffed FRESCADO® peppers
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
In a bowl, mix the chicken, green salad, avocado and peppers.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and stir to combine.
