stuffed green olive and tomato bruschetta


1 baguette sliced
½ cup of chopped stuffed FRESCADO green olives
1/2 cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
Feta sliced into cubes
1/4 cup chopped freh basil
1 chopped garlic clove
Fresh Thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and Pepper


Preheat your oven at 200 °C.
Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a bowl mix the green olives , cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spoon the olive and tomato mixture onto the baguettes and serve as an appetizer or snack.
